Melissa Levine has called Austin home for over 25 years and brings a deep understanding of the city’s neighborhoods, market dynamics, and lifestyle to her real estate practice. Her approach is grounded in professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Before joining Moreland Properties, Melissa built a diverse professional background consulting for Austin-based technology companies and serving in a variety of management and leadership roles at Neiman Marcus, MCI WorldCom, and The Headline Group. This executive experience informs her strategic perspective, refined communication style, and ability to navigate complex transactions with confidence and precision.

Melissa is known for her creativity, strong work ethic, and dedication to continuous learning. She takes pride in understanding her clients’ goals and advocating for their interests with care and persistence. Her passion for building long-term relationships—both personally and professionally—has resulted in lasting connections and a high level of trust among those she serves.

Community involvement has long been an important part of Melissa’s life. Her current commitments include the Seton Development Board, Dell Children’s Trust, Helping Hand Home for Children, and Riverbend Church.

As an agent and valued member of the Petri Group, Melissa is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors®, the Texas Association of Realtors®, and holds the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation.

Outside of real estate and volunteer work, Melissa enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, hiking, and boating on Lake Austin with her husband and three children.
